Consequently, all citizens unknowingly consume the substance by drinking tap water. Overnight, the small backward town in the south undergoes a transformation and becomes a utopia, with people thinking only of loving each other and being driven by an incredible desire for peace. They abandon capitalism and become new individuals. The two friends then devise a plan to change the waters and lives of the entire world.
